With two major street frontages and a right of way at the rear, the site allows for excellent views and natural light penetration within the apartments, and pedestrian traffic flow at ground level facilitates the success of the commercial tenancies.

The building design makes a strong statement to the corner of a major artery into the Perth CBD and facing in a westerly direction incorporates decorative aluminium panelling minimising solar and heat gain from the harsh western sun. The quality of the design was reflected by the complete sales of all elements of the building within less than one month from going to market.
